Where is Zagabria Boutique Studio Apartments?

How many apartments are there and how many guests do they sleep?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm to 10 pm, check-out by 10 am. Let us know your expected arrival time in advance; entry is by digital lock, with no key handover.
How do I get in if I arrive late at night?
Every apartment has a digital lock, so entry works 24 hours a day. You don’t need to fit your arrival around anyone’s working hours or collect a key.
Is there internet, and is it fast enough for work?
Yes. The building has superfast fibre internet, stable enough for video calls and working from the apartment.
Can I cook in the apartment?
Yes. Every studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, hob, cookware and a Nespresso machine. All amenities: Apartments.
Which floor are the apartments on?
All are on the second floor of the same building at Ilica 10. The building has no lift — stairs lead up to the apartments; a lift is planned.
How much does a night cost?
The price depends on the dates and the number of guests. Select your dates and number of guests in the booking calendar and you see the price for your stay straight away.

How do I book and pay?
You book and pay directly through our booking calendar (Rentlio), by card. The amount and the conditions of the chosen rate are shown before you confirm, and you receive the booking confirmation by e-mail.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation conditions depend on the chosen rate and dates. They are shown with each offer in the booking calendar before you confirm, and they are in your booking confirmation.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments; all studio apartments are non-smoking.
Is breakfast included?
We don’t offer breakfast. Every apartment has a kitchen with a Nespresso machine, and across the street from the entrance, at Ilica 7, the Oranž bistro serves breakfast from 8 am. Dolac Market is two minutes on foot — what is within walking distance: Nearby.
I’m travelling with a child — is there a cot?
Cots and extra beds are not available. A studio apartment sleeps at most two guests, the studio with sofa bed up to four. If you are travelling with a child, get in touch before booking.
What house rules apply?
Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, no parties or celebrations; the minimum check-in age is 18. The apartments are non-smoking and pet-free.
