Zagabria has nine studio apartments at Ilica 10 in Zagreb. Seven sleep two guests; two larger ones take up to four with a sofa bed. Each studio apartment measures about 25 m² and combines a sleeping area, a kitchen and a dining table. You see the price for your dates and number of guests in the booking calendar.
The space
Bed, kitchen and table in one space
A studio means the bed, kitchen and table are in one room — no hallway and no doors dividing the space. For a stay in the centre that is an advantage: fewer square metres to look after, everything within reach, and your money goes on the location rather than on space you merely walk through.
The building is a listed historic one, and the apartments have been fully renovated with energy-efficient systems and sustainable materials. All are on the second floor, with no lift — stairs lead up to them (a lift is planned).
The view
Ilica or a quiet courtyard
The view is a matter of choice. Two studio apartments look onto Ilica — for guests who want the city outside the window too. The others face the inner courtyard, where nothing from the street can be heard. If quiet matters more to you than the view, tell us when booking.
